Made exclusively for The Wool Company, these are our Pure New Wool luxury duvets. Covered with a very fine, high quality 260 thread count 100% cotton jacquard cover, edged with satin piping these duvets have a superior drape and handle. Filled with 100% Woolmark approved superwashed wool means these duvets are fully machine washable and tumble dryable so you can avoid using chemicals on your bedding.
Unlike many other "pure wool duvets" there are no synthetics and no polypropylene interlining in ours. Our duvets will maintain their shape, drape and and loft after many years' use. Due to the 300 thread count cotton casing they don't 'rustle' and are much quieter than other duvets.
Two duvets that popper together - 1 x 150 gsm duvet + 1 x 350 gsm duvet - for real All-Season comfort.
The combination duvet comprises a Summer weight quilt (approx 4.5-6 tog) and a Spring/Autumn weight quilt (approx 8-9 tog). Popped together they create a very cosy Winter duvet (approx 12.5 -15 tog).
Our wool, has been through a technical combing system which creates a highly blended fibre matrix with greater loft properties than traditionally processed wool. Not only does the process produce a cleaner fibre, it increases its ability to trap air, providing enhanced insulation properties and the optimum sleeping environment.
