Mohair Boot Socks

Our new range of eagerly awaited supersoft mohair socks. These are very special as they are made of 'kid' mohair, which is the softest mohair that is shorn from the baby Angora goat. They are naturally machine washable and simply the very, very best socks you will ever buy.  Once you have worn a pair of these socks, nothing else quite compares. These socks have remarkable qualities, as they can be worn for many days without any unwanted smells, and are superb for walking many miles - they keep your feet warm ( even when wet) and will help prevent getting blisters. One pair was worn on the 'Three Peaks Challenge' by a Wool Companys' staff member,  and in the party of 4 that took part in the challenge, was the only one not to have blisters! So they are good...

Apart from being naturally machine washable, these socks are also extremely hard wearing - mohair is known for being the diamond fibre - and for good reason. We are all huge fans here of mohair socks and all our friends and family are still happily wearing the same socks that we have had from our first stock 5 years ago.
