We have one of these toppers at our house in New Zealand and have been meaning for some time to get one for our London abode. This does make the bed feel softer, warmer and generally cosier, but the merino pile that was so lovely and fluffy when it first arrived has very quickly become flat and matted where it has been slept on, which is a bit disappointing.

Dear Harry,
We went on a "blanket trip" in Tenerife in February, and learnt about the benefits of woollen bedding. If bought on the day, they were quoting around £780 for a King size set - this included a bed topper, a duvet, 2 pillows and their cases. Their "home company" were UK based so I decided to research woollen bedding on the internet when I got home. I am so pleased I did!
Within the last week, we have taken delivery of a similar set purchased from you- for less than £300!
We are thrilled with them - the quality is excellent and they are so comfortable, lightweight in feel but warm and cosy despite freezing temperatures outside (we went for the mid weight). I have not been woken up by "hot sweats" all week (which is amazing since I have been waking like this since being menopausal for the last 2-3 years). The wool must be moderating my temperature control.
Your service was excellent too, internet site clear, telephone advice honest and very helpful and the delivery information was excellent. The courier delivered within 5 minutes of his estimated time!
