Double Sheepskin

Gorgeous double sheepskin & the colour is fab.Looks great in front of the fire & really adds a finishing touch to the living room.
The downside was that I waited almost four months for delivery. Very annoyed that I only found out there were problems when I contacted them to find out where my order was. Lots of people praise the customer service on these reviews& the regular updates but it certainly didn't apply to me. At a price of £145 I expected a little more contact. But you get what you pay for & it's worth the money.
Only one star for customer service.

Thank you for your honest review. We are very sorry that you experienced such poor customer service from us. We have now applied new more rigorous procedures to ensure that this does not happen in future. With regards to the wait, the double sheepskin was a Cappaccino colour ( natural undyed mottled), which the tannery had an almost impossible task to find two skins that would perfectly match, as they are so varied in colour, and this culminated in the protracted wait. After a slight hiccup with my first sheepskin which was exchanged with no hesitation I was very pleased with the replacement which then encouraged me to purchase a further double . The service I received from staff was first class !

I have ordered from the Wool company several times. Each time I have been really impressed with the quality of their products and now feel that I can trust whatever I order from them to be of the highest quality. We needed a sheepskin rug for our wooden floor lounge and this was perfect. Fantastic quality and all of my children love lying on it. Will be buying another.
