I bought two throws for family members at Xmas as they all loved mine so much. I cannot believe the incredibly high level of service at an obviously busy and difficult time for the company, due to shipment delays and postal difficulties. I was even phoned in the evenings to keep me informed of delivery progress and received the throws in time for Xmas. If only this level of customer care was inherent in all organisations! I ordered the lambswool throw and received the next day, like clockwork. The product was exactly,what i wanted (so gorgeous & snuggly). I even paid less than i would have expected so such a product. Started off in my living room, now pride of place on my bed - i need 2 really :-)
