Dear Harry, We spoke with you on Friday out of desperation as we could not proceed to the Checkout and confirm the purchase of the Baby Shawl. We could not have had better service from any company and would like to thank you for arranging immediate dispatch of the shawl which we received at 09.30 yesterday, Saturday 31st July.
