2021 Delivery Information
This page contains the latest information on order processing and deliveries.
We are processing all orders without delays: most orders are dispatched same Working Day, or Next Working Day if ordered late in the day.
Most courier services are running on time, but due to the shortage of HGV drivers there are occasional brief delays to deliveries. We do use premium couriers, such delays are rare and unpredictable, and all our parcels are tracked so you can get a very good idea of when yours will arrive. We apologise for any such delays.
If you need anything urgently please choose "Courier Next Working Day" to use the DPD Carbon Neutral express service.
Delivery into the EU
Most orders to addresses in the European Union now arrive on time, however there are still occasional hold ups at European ports, causing some delays to deliveries.
We apologise to our friends in the EU and share your frustration!
Rest of the World
Deliveries to the rest of the world are unaffected by brexit but they can suffer occasional delays in transit so, whilst we always prioritise processing these orders, we ask that you please expect minor delays of perhaps 1-3 days. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Covid Secure Deliveries
Our carriers have strict policies of delivering safely during Covid. Recipient signatures are generally not required as photos are taken for proof of delivery. Please assist the driver by respecting the 2-metre and other social distancing guidelines. They have a difficult, high pressure job.
Please remember that because we're a family business not staffed by robots, we're closed weekends and public holidays, so if you order "after hours" at the end of the week, even orders with Courier/Express delivery will not be processed/dispatched until the Next Working Day.
