Deliveries post-brexit in the time of Covid-19
International Shipping Delays Into Europe.
Unfortunately there are still delays varying from 1-3 weeks to orders going into Europe. Orders to the rest of the world are unaffected.
Since brexit, despite correct export documentation, many of our consignments have been turned back after long delays at UK-EU borders. We apologise to our friends and customers in the EU and share your frustration!
We are otherwise operating pretty much as normal.
After announcement of lockdown 3 we are still processing orders as normal.
Where possible, please use the Live Chat on our website to contact us as we are not always able to answer the phone at present.
If you need anything urgently please choose "Courier Next Working Day" as your delivery method. We are slightly short-staffed and are operating under tightened social distancing procedures at work, and we always process these orders first.
We are up to date with all international orders, except into Europe (see above). Deliveries to other international destinations are suffering occasional delays in transit so, whilst we prioritise processing these orders, we ask that you please expect minor delays of perhaps 1-3 days and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Covid Secure Deliveries
Our carriers have strict policies of delivering safely in the Covid era. Recipient signatures are not required as photos are taken as proof of delivery. Please assist the delivery driver by respecting the 2 metre social distancing guidelines.

Remember that because we are closed on the Bank Holidays and weekends even orders with Courier/Express delivery will not be processed/dispatched until the Next Working Day.
