2021 Delivery Information
Deliveries post-brexit in the time of Covid-19
Self-Isolation requirements are causing staff shortages for all our couriers so (although we are up to date with all packing) there are some unpredictable delays in collections from our despatch department, causing delays to deliveries. Apologies!
International Shipping Delays to the EU.
There are still delays to orders going into the EU, varying from 1 to 3 weeks. Orders to the rest of the world are unaffected.
Since brexit, despite correct export documentation, many consignments have been turned back after delays at UK/EU borders for no apparent reason. We apologise to our many customers and friends in the EU and share your frustration!
We are otherwise operating pretty much as normal. Yay!

Where possible, please use the Live Chat on our website to contact us as we are not always able to answer the phone.
If you do need anything urgently please choose "Courier Next Working Day" to use the DPD Carbon Neutral express service. We are slightly short-staffed and are operating under tightened social distancing procedures at work, so we always process these orders first.
Deliveries to international destinations suffer occasional delays in transit so, whilst we always prioritise processing these orders, we ask that you please expect minor delays of perhaps 1-3 days and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Sadly we can't guarantee delivery times into the European Union just now. Please allow three or more weeks to EU destinations, but you might get lucky as many parcels arrive within a week... We are optimistic things will improve in due course and will update you accordingly.
Covid Secure Deliveries
Our carriers have strict policies of delivering safely in the Covid era. Recipient signatures are not required as photos are taken for proof of delivery. Please assist the driver by respecting the 2-metre and other social distancing guidelines. They have a difficult, high pressure job!

Please remember that because we're a family business not staffed by robots and automata, we're closed weekends and public holidays, so if you order "after hours" at the end of the week, even orders with Courier/Express delivery will not be processed/dispatched until the Next Working Day.
