Woven with unusual boucle yarn that creates a throw that is made up of many tiny circlets of luxurious mohair yarn, making this throw feel even more substantial. The mohair also gives the throw a sheen as it catches the light ( as it is a hollow fibre)  and makes it very light, but warm. Being woven with a boucle yarn, this prohibits the normal tendencies of mohair to shed.

The red is very rich - both a Deep Red and Orangey Red with parts in Aubergine - it is very difficult to colour match, so despite best efforts with the photography, it is much more lovely in 'real' life.
