Simple! If you've made/received an online order and don't like something, simply send it back together with the order details and with a very few exceptions, and as long as we can still sell it "as new", we will be delighted to give you a refund, exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer.

It is my holy grail of my search for pillows. Thank you soooo much
Very comfortable and breathable.
Since recieving my pillows I have had brilliant nights sleeping. I wake up more refreshed and have no neck pain. It is perfect for side sleeping.
Another great pillow, for my husband, but being "tested" but the children for them to decide what "fill" they'd like.
As a woman of a certain age, I seemed to spend most nights turning my pillow over in search of a cool spot. Until I tried this wonderful wool pillow! It was everything I could have hoped for. It kept my head an even temperature all night and was so comfortable that I slept like a baby! In the morning, my husband (who I had also treated to a wool pillow) was so impressed that he asked if there were any other woollen bedding products. So, after only 24hrs, we also bought a woollen duvet and a merino mattress topper! Wow! I wish I’d found these years ago, no sweating, not too hot or too cold, just in the Goldilocks zone all night!
