I ordered the luxury pashmina shawl for my son's wedding at the last minute having trawled the internet for weeks looking for something special. I was delighted (and relieved) to have stumbled across The Wool Company , a small family business, and I can honestly say that I was not disappointed. It is absolutely beautiful, such good quality and luxury describes it perfectly. It was delivered the following day in lovely packaging. The colour I ordered wasn't quite right for my outfit so I contacted the company for advice. They were so helpful. They took photographs of 3 different shades of pashmina in daylight and sent them to me so that I could see which colour would work best. I returned the original and ordered a slightly different shade which again arrived promptly the next day. I received a refund for the original order quickly and efficiently. I love the idea of supporting small family businesses. They totally deserve this 5 star review for the quality of their products and for their amazing customer service. Thank you!

I found The Wool Company after trawling the internet for days looking for a luxury pashmina shawl for my son's wedding. It was a fairly last minute decision but my order arrived the next day, beautifully packaged. The quality of the shawl is outstanding - luxury is definitely an accurate description. The colour wasn't quite right for my outfit so I contacted the company who were so so helpful. I ordered another colour and again it arrived very promptly and it was perfect. I returned the original and I have already had a refund. This company is special. I received an outstanding quality product with the best customer service you could hope for. I urge anyone to support this small business. Their attention to detail is so worth it.
