We dispatch most orders same day or Next Working Day. Next working day delivery is available for most of the UK.

 

We occasionally offer Free Delivery to UK addresses. When we do, we'll display it prominently on the website and at checkout.  

To find exact delivery options and costs, simply add items to your basket, then enter the delivery address on the next page. Shipping options are calculated based on items in the basket and the destination.

All delivery methods are tracked.

We deliver to most countries not in a conflict zone.

Hassle-Free Returns

Simple! If you've made/received an online order and don't like something, simply send it back together with the order details and with a very few exceptions, and as long as we can still sell it "as new", we will be delighted to give you a refund, exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Some items are non-refundable and/or non-returnable. These limitations apply: -

  • Made-to-Order Items, Special Order Items, Bespoke Items, customised and/or personalised (e.g. embroidered) items are not returnable.
  • Mattress toppers and mattresses are not returnable if the inner package has been opened and the items have been unfolded.
  • Items  that are not in "new" condition, e.g. used, marked, worn, washed, soiled or damaged in any way, or items missing original tags or packaging are not returnable.
  • Products where security or hygiene seals (where applicable) have been broken or removed are not returnable.

Other non-refundable orders include: -

  • Orders placed for our swatch services and/or gift wrap services (where available) are not refundable, except where expressly stated.
  • Sale and Bargain Section and promotional items (e.g. Discounted, BOGOF or 3 for 2 promotions) need to be returned within 10 days of dispatch date: after this, they are not refundable, but you can still return them for a store credit or exchange for up to 28 days after dispatch to you.

By "new" we mean:

  • You haven’t used the product.
  • You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold as new, at its full price.

    Finally!

    I’ve tried everything to regulate my body heat when sleeping and nothing really worked but my merino blanket is absolute bliss. I love it so much. Just a cotton sheet and one blanket is perfect. I may get another if we have a really cold snap but so far it’s not needed. It also looks so luxurious and is the epitome of class! A small camel one would be fabulous for a knee blanket at the opera!!! 😘

    Warm luxury

    We bought 2 of these blankets to replace some quilts that were making us sweat while we slept. These blankets are lovely and everything we hoped for. Comfy and snuggly but no sweating. The delivery was amazingly quick, next day. Very nicely packaged. No complaints.

    Wonderfully warm blanket

    I have purchased 2 of these blankets. They are expensive but worth it as they are a beautiful quality and so warm. For someone who hates duvets they are the answer! Highly recommended and excellent service from the company.
