Luxurious, rare and naturally tanned, these wonderful sheepskins are to be treasured.

Gotland sheep are raised on Sweden's largest island in the Baltic sea. The cold conditions help to create their very fine, luxurious fine curly fleeces. They are farmed for beautiful fine wool and meat.

Icelandic sheep are a primitive breed of sheep bred for their extremely fine long wool used for the iconic Icelandic knitwear and their meat, roaming the vast landscapes of Iceland. They have a duel coat; a long, waterproof outer fleece and an extremely fine and soft inner fleece to insulate them from the harsh climate as do the cashmere goats that live in the Himalayas.

These are precious and stunning fleeces and would make a wonderful gift or an indulgent present to oneself.
