Being pure new wool means they will be hardwearing and able to withstand the rough and tumble of life, so they are great if you have children, pets, or have a love for the outdoor life and want to cover up in the evening, BBQ or when camping.
Our pure new wool is not scratchy; we have selected fibres to be soft and usable against the skin. It is not, however, as soft as a lambswool, Merino, or cashmere. Pure new wool is a more common fibre and so consequently it is cheaper to produce these throws. If you choose one of these, for yourself or as a gift, you will receive a lovely authentic piece that will last for years.
