Sheepskin Rug Care

Looking after your sheepskin rugs needn't be a hassle - many of our sheepskins are machine washable, but we suggest you use an approved sheepskin wash for them.

Detergents that are found in your normal washing powder will attack the suede, making the skin brittle, and can discolour the fleece and even lead to disintegration.

We recommend our range of sheepskin and wool wash, as this will keep the skin supple and very gently but effectively clean the sheepskin, and kill off any dust mites, pet allergens, and mould spores.
