Featured in the Daily Mail Ultimate Bedding Guide as the top choice pillow for a perfect night's sleep.
A good night's sleep begins with the right pillow.
Our 100% wool pillows are the perfect choice for every type of sleeper. Made in Yorkshire exclusively for The Wool Company, each pillow is filled with 660 GSM of soft British wool fibre balls, providing just the right balance of gentle support and cloud-like comfort for your neck and spine. You can also customise the fill to your preferred firmness using our 200-gram bags of Wool Fibre.
The unique design of our pure wool pillow allows you to remove, shake and fully air the wool filling as needed, while the cotton casing can be laundered separately, keeping your sleep environment clean and healthy for years to come. The loose wool filling can even be replaced entirely if desired.
The soft 100% British wool is encased in a premium 220-thread-count cotton cover, woven to prevent fibres from escaping while maintaining a luxurious, breathable feel. The wool is double scoured to remove lanolin and debris, then hand-inspected to eliminate any remaining natural vegetable matter (“VM”), resulting in one of the cleanest, highest-quality wool fills available. This process also reduces any residual wool scent, leaving the fibres soft, fluffy and ready to use.
If you are not already a convert to the huge benefits of sleeping under nature's best insulator, see our "Why Wool" facts page.

Origin & Sustainability
Made in Yorkshire, England using 100% British wool. This manufacturer ensures that the wool is ethically sourced, certified, and independently audited, and this wool has very low overall milage.
Sustainable – wool is a natural and fully sustainable fibre from a renewable source. Wool is nature’s technical wonder-fibre and has many inherent qualities that can't be reproduced by manmade fibres. These inherent qualities make wool the natural choice for a good night's sleep.
Comfort – wool is comfortable due to its unique spring-like fibre structure. The natural crimp offers excellent support for all, as well as relief from bed sores and numerous other medical conditions.
Micro-climate control – wool regulates your body temperature, actively keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer. Maintaining a steady temperature also leads to a more restful sleep.
Air quality – wool fibres absorb and hold on to indoor pollutants, improving the air quality around you while you sleep.
Anti-microbial – wool fibres are naturally anti-microbial due to the fibre protein composition and unique surface scale structure on which bacteria are unable to survive.
Odour control – the moisture absorbing properties of wool absorb sweat from the skin and halt the generation of odour-causing bacteria, keeping your pillows fresher for longer.
Natural flame resistance – wool is naturally flame-resistant and self-extinguishing and doesn't melt, making for safer sleep and one of the few fibres that don't need coating in artificial flame-resistant chemicals.
Dirt repellent – the antistatic nature of wool reduces the attraction of lint and dust and the microscopic surface scales prevent dirt from penetrating the fibre surface.
Asthma-friendly – dust mites are a key trigger for Asthma attacks, they cannot survive on wool making it a perfect choice for those who suffer with Asthma
