If your delivery date is critical, please choose one of the courier or express shipping options for guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery

We dispatch most orders same day or Next Working Day. Next working day delivery is available for most of the UK.

We occasionally offer Free Delivery to UK addresses. When we do, we'll display it prominently on the website and at checkout.  

To find exact delivery options and costs, simply add items to your basket, then enter the delivery address on the next page. Shipping options are calculated based on items in the basket and the destination.

All delivery methods are tracked.

We deliver to most countries not in a conflict zone.

Hassle-Free Returns

Simple! If you've made/received an online order and don't like something, simply send it back together with the order details and with a very few exceptions, and as long as we can still sell it "as new", we will be delighted to give you a refund, exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Some items are non-refundable and/or non-returnable. These limitations apply: -

• Made-to-Order Items, Special Order Items, Bespoke Items, customised and/or personalised (e.g. embroidered) items are not returnable.
• Mattress toppers and mattresses are not returnable if the inner package has been opened and the items have been unfolded.
• Items  that are not in "new" condition, e.g. used, marked, worn, washed, soiled or damaged in any way, or items missing original tags or packaging are not returnable.
  
• Products where security or hygiene seals (where applicable) have been broken or removed are not returnable.
  

Other non-refundable orders include: -

• Orders placed for our swatch services and/or gift wrap services (where available) are not refundable, except where expressly stated.
• Sale and Bargain Section and promotional items (e.g. Discounted, BOGOF or 3 for 2 promotions) need to be returned within 10 days of dispatch date: after this, they are not refundable, but you can still return them for a store credit or exchange for up to 28 days after dispatch to you.

By "new" we mean:

• You haven’t used the product.
• You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold as new, at its full price.
