Our cashmere pashmina shawls have all been handmade from fine, wonderfully soft and warm cashmere, or a cashmere and silk blend. Our huge range of pashminas and shawls have all been created in Nepal, Mongolia or India, in every conceivable colourway.

These shawls and wraps have been sourced over many years by us from many different producers, some of whom only produce one style of a shawl for us, as we feel it is worthy of being part of our collection. Our obsessive nature with regard to quality means that we never introduce a line unless we know it is simply the best quality, meaning you can buy in confidence.

Each has its own special qualities, but all are exquisite to the touch. All our shawls and pashminas are only created using the finest 100% natural fibres, be it silk, cashmere or the softest lambswool, or a careful blend of these precious yarns.

The word Pashmina comes from the Persian word Pashm or Pashmineh, meaning 'wool'. However, for many years it has been generally known as the finest wool (or downy hair) of a particular goat - the Capri Hircus, which is native to the Himalayas where the Nepalese and Kashmiris have been creating cashmere shawls for thousands of years from this rare and fabulous fibre.

Our shawls and wraps are very soft, warm, light, silky and cloud-like in feel and look.

Every shawl or wrap that is delivered to you, will be carefully packed in a sturdy gift box.
