Christmas Returns Policy


Unwanted Christmas presents?  Received something that's just not your thing? 

Concerned that you're not going to able to send gifts back after Christmas?

Worry not! 

If you buy something from our website for Christmas and it turns out that your loved one already possesses six of the same, finds it too warm or too cool, or just doesn't like it, you can send it back to us for a refund as long as we can resell it 'as new'.

Simply contact us by 15th January and return it to us in unused condition by 31st January. This applies to full price items only.

Your loved ones can also send their gifts back to us direct, along with the name, address and email address of the PURCHASER and we can offer them an Exchange, a Wool Company gift voucher or Store Credit matching the value of the initial purchase price if they prefer. This applies to any full price order purchased between the 30th October and 24th December, which falls outside the normal Returns Policy.

Certain limitations do still apply for special products...  Bespoke, Customised and Special Order Items (e.g. items made to order) and also Giftwrap/Giftbox, are non-returnable.
