Lamb's Wool Mulled Cider
Lamb's wool is a traditional British drink, made with crab apple that burst a bit like popcorn in the warm cider giving the warming beverage a warm fluffy woolly cap or head. Crabapples are freely available all over, including in metropolitan streets and they are all edible and are all pretty.
It's warming, soothing and more or less alcoholic according to your preference
Once you have your washed crabapples it takes less than ten minutes to make.
