Most reviews are tosh. Marketing BS. Many are written by robots or are bought in and simply calculated to deceive shoppers. But some reviews are genuine and these can be very useful to both consumers and service providers alike.

But it's a minefield out there. Which reviews can you actually trust?

We have been using independent reviews moderator services since 2011 when we discovered that all reviews are not the same. Feefo guarantees that our almost unbelievably good feedback score is actually credible.

What makes Feefo feedback credible?

  • As a merchant we have no control over the feedback Feefo collects from our customers (although we do have a right of reply).
  • Uniquely as far as we know, Feefo prevents consumers from writing reviews without first verifying they originate from a genuine transaction.
  • This makes it almost impossible to for anyone to create fake reviews and impossible for a merchant to take down a genuine negative review.
